In a LightSource Session, I use a gentle muscle-testing method to find and release the emotional charge your body is still holding, including the charge attached to things you’ve already “dealt with.” It isn’t a clinical or medical treatment. Most people feel it as a quiet, surprisingly physical sense of release. You don’t relive anything. You just let it move.

It’s the one place in Voltage we work together directly. Everything else is yours to use on your own, and your session includes your first month of Voltage HQ free, so you can keep the work going after we meet.

What to Expect After Booking
You'll receive a confirmation email with your Google Meet link and session details. Before we meet, I'll review your intake form and pull two tarot spreads so we can use every minute of our session intentionally. Afterward, you'll get a closing spread and full written recap.
Reschedule Policy
Need to move your session? You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. No penalties, no guilt — life happens.

I use the Emotion Code, a specific modality developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson — the one I'm certified in. Using muscle testing (a form of biofeedback), we locate specific trapped emotions that became lodged during past experiences and release them — without you needing to relive any of it. It's gentle, precise, and often profoundly relieving.
Just fill out the intake form after purchasing and come hydrated. No special preparation needed — there's no "wrong" way to show up. If there's something specific you want to focus on, you can mention it in the form or at the start of our session.
Yes — all sessions happen over Google Meet. Energy work is not limited by physical proximity. Proxy muscle testing allows me to connect with your subconscious remotely with the same accuracy as in person. You'll receive your Meet link in the confirmation email.
Before we meet, I pull two tarot spreads to get an overview of what's moving in your field. During our 45 minutes, we go straight into the clearing — I guide the process, and you can share as much or as little as you want. Afterward, I pull a closing spread and send you a written recap of everything we released and the themes that came through.
Most sessions release between 8 and 20 trapped emotions. Muscle testing guides the number — your system shows us what's ready to move, and we work through it together. Every single one is documented in your written recap, so you leave knowing exactly what came up and what let go.
Both are welcome. You don’t have to perform anything or prepare. Your body shows us what’s ready, and everything that comes up is in your written recap.
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email. If something unexpected comes up within 24 hours, reach out directly and we'll figure it out together.

Session fees are non-refundable once paid, but you can always reschedule as above. If you don't attend and haven't been in touch, or you're more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as used. Please book and hold your session within 6 months of purchase.
