You'll receive a confirmation email with your Google Meet link and session details. Before we meet, I'll review your intake form and pull two tarot spreads so we can use every minute of our session intentionally. Afterward, you'll get a closing spread and full written recap.

The Emotion Code is a specific modality developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson — the one I'm certified in. Using muscle testing (a form of biofeedback), we locate specific trapped emotions that became lodged during past experiences and release them — without you needing to relive any of it. It's gentle, precise, and often profoundly relieving.

Yes — all sessions happen over Google Meet. Energy work is not limited by physical proximity. Proxy muscle testing allows me to connect with your subconscious remotely with the same accuracy as in person. You'll receive your Meet link in the confirmation email.
Before we meet, I pull two tarot spreads to get an overview of what's moving in your field. During our 45 minutes, we go straight into the Emotion Code clearing — I guide the process, and you can share as much or as little as you want. Afterward, I pull a closing spread and send you a written recap of everything we released and the themes that came through.
Most sessions release between 8 and 20 trapped emotions. Muscle testing guides the number — your system shows us what's ready to move, and we work through it together. Every single one is documented in your written recap, so you leave knowing exactly what came up and what let go.
No. Muscle testing works through the body, not through belief — skepticism doesn't block the process. Come curious. Plenty of people book their first session unsure what to make of all this and leave with a recap of things that felt surprisingly specific to them. You don't need to convince yourself of anything before we start.
