Start with your nervous system. Before you visualize your dream life, make sure your body feels safe enough to receive it. Regulation isn’t just about feeling calm — it’s about creating the internal capacity for expansion.
Get curious about your patterns. Instead of judging the blocks, ask what they’re protecting you from. What would it mean if your manifestation actually came true? What would you have to give up? What would you have to face?
Work with your energy field. This might mean clearing trapped emotions, working with your inner child wounds, or simply learning to hold a different frequency in your body.
Honor the parts of you that are scared. Don’t try to manifest over your resistance. Work with it. Ask what those protective parts need in order to feel safe with your desires.

Look — I could tell you to just “raise your vibration” or “think positive thoughts,” but that’s straight up just spiritual bypassing. Real manifestation work requires looking at the whole system.
